Established on February 15, 1977,
Aiming towards Kanagawa open to the world and linked to the world, the foundation was set up with the aim of promoting international exchange and cooperation between citizens and regions. The foundation works towards heightening awareness of global citizenship and implementing a multicultural, harmonious society. Through development of international human resources and providing information, the foundation tries to improve the welfare of prefectural citizens, as well as contributing to world peace and development.
